This is a recipe for Tater Tots... Cheesy Tots and an unnecessary Giant Cheesy Tot all wrapped in one. If you want to make Tater Tots, leave out the cheese and if you want normal sized Cheesy Tots leave out the part where you make it one giant thing. Simple enough?

Prep: 5 minutes
Deep Fry @ 350°F: 3-4 minutes

Ingredients:
• 2 Lbs Russet Potatoes
• 1 Block Sharp Cheddar Cheese
• 1 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
• Salt & Pepper

Directions:
1. Skin Potatoes, place them in cold water pot and bring to a boil
2. Boil for 6-7 minutes
3. Using a cheese grater, grate the potatoes
4. Dry them out well and add in your dried seasonings
5. Cut your block of cheddar cheese into the size cheese cubes you want for your cheesy tots
6. Wrap shredded potato around cheese block and shape into cylinder
7. Freeze until firm and fry for 4-5 minutes at 350°F
