Well props to two channels Fisherman's Life and Angler Up With Brant that had their own take on this so I went ahead and did my own. Easy as anyhting else to go out there and catch. Drag a net through the sand and let the waves do their thing.

Back at the house I soaked them in water and rinsed them. After that I peeled shells on some to see, but floured/cornmeal seasoning and fried. Also had some of my friends over to give it a try. It was A - OK!
